As part of LP’s 1916/2016 Centenary Commemoration programme, five studio members each worked with a group or organisation within Limerick’s communities.

They did this in order to aid them in expressing their feelings on living in Ireland in a visual way. The resultant bodies of work were then exhibited prominently within their communities.

This exhibition is made up of work by Vincent Pikamu and Leslie who met facilitator Joanna Thompson through Doras Luimní, an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organisation working to support and promote the rights of all migrants living in Limerick and the wider Mid-West region.
