The Headless Horseman event has partnered with Cliona’s Foundation – an Irish charity providing financial assistance to critically ill children, to promote the Headless Horseman event on Saturday July 13th in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick. The event, now in its third year comprises a challenging combination of running, cycling and kayaking around the Ballyhouras in East Limerick. A less strenuous route and relay team options  are also on offer this year.

Speaking about being involved in the Headless Horseman event, International Rugby Player and six nations winner Joy Neville, said:

‘I am absolutely thrilled to be involved with this event, because, besides capturing the imagination of both elite and not so elite athletes with a challenging and unique event, it also goes a long way towards promoting the area and raising funds for Cliona’s Foundation.’
