The Rainbow Ball in aid of Rape Crisis Midwest

The colourful and vibrant Rainbow Ball is set to take place Saturday November 15 in the Castletroy Park Hotel in aid the of the Limerick Rape Crisis Midwest. Starting at 7.30pm with a champagne reception followed by a 4 course meal and a charity raffle with some incredible prizes! The glitz and glamour night will feature live music from Abbaesque followed by a DJ.

Rape Crisis Midwest was established 32 years ago and is a regional organisation serving Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. They provide a free and confidential counselling service to both male and female survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse. Rape Crisis Midwest see approximately 80 clients a week through the doors of their three centres. The head office is based at Phoenix House, Punch’s Close, Rosbrien Road, Limerick. The Clare service is based at Tracklands Business Park, Clonroadmore, Ennis and the Tipperary service is based in Silverview, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

‘We are delighted that the Rainbow Ball is in our honour this year’. Organiser of the ball Paddy Doyle thinks it’s very important to support local causes saying “Following the success of last year’s ball, we are delighted to be running this fantastic event and helping towards such a great cause, the people in Limerick are great to support local events and this year we are welcoming everybody to come along”.
