Design at UL 2016  is an exhibition of undergraduate and graduate work from Architecture, Civil Engineering and Product Design and Technology. The exhibition is currently open to the public and will remain so until Friday, June 3.

A unique opportunity to visit the respective design studios, meet students and explore the work of the three design disciplines at UL, Design at UL 2016 is in its fourth year running and has proven to be more successful with each year.

Design at UL 2016 is the coming together of all the design-oriented groups in the University of Limerick in Ireland, for an annual showcase of student work. The exhibition opened at 7 pm, on Tuesday, May 24 in the foyer of the Foundation Building and runs until Friday, June 3, 2016, until 5 pm. 

The Opening Reception and Prize Ceremony for best final year projects in each discipline was held on Tuesday evening, May 24, at 7 pm, at the University of Limerick, with Opening Address by Professor Edmond Magner, Dean of Faculty of Science and Engineering at UL.

Renowned for its diverse range of subject opportunities and course choices, the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Univeristy of Limerick hold high standards. The exhibition has a strong reputation over its 4-year life span and this year is to be no different.

The Design at UL 2016 exhibition is a group exhibition of undergraduate and graduate work of three design disciplines at UL, Architecture, Civil Engineering and Product Design and Technology. It is a unique opportunity to visit the respective design studios, meet students and explore the work in situ.

So be sure to make a trip down to UL over the coming weeks to admire the exhibition. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am – 2 pm. Car parking is available at the front of the Foundation building.
