2024 Limerick Halloween will be bubbling with fun events for all ages throughout the city and county from a witch’s house and pumpkin picking to Limerick’s Samhain Festival

Running from October 18-20 and October 24-31 at Jetland Shopping Centre, visit the Good Witch of Munster as this magical experience lets kids meet Hattie O’Goodspell, explore her house, and watch her perform spells at the Happy Halloween Experience! To ensure a spot at this magical event, booking online in advance is essential from Oct 18th – 20th and Oct 24th – 31st.
From October 26-28, Liskennett Centre in Granagh offers pumpkin picking, carriage rides, and more as part of the Liskennet Halloween Farm. Saturday’s sensory day caters to visitors needing a quieter experience and all proceeds support St Joseph’s Foundation from what promises to be a ‘spooktacular’ event for a good cause.
Celebrate the Irish roots of Halloween from October 24-26 as Limerick’s Halloween Festival, Samhain, returns to the streets of Limerick City. The Fire and Shadows Parade on October 26 will light up the streets starting at King John’s Castle at 7:30 PM.
Open from October 12 running up to Halloween on October 31, the always popular Curraghchase Pumpkin Patch invites families to pick the perfect pumpkin and enjoy the beautiful autumn weather and atmosphere at Curraghchase Garden Centre.

A Halloween favourite returns on October 27, as the public is invited to take part in the always spooky Castleconnell Fright Fest trail that ends at the haunted Shannon House, this event offers fun for families looking for a thrilling adventure this Halloween.
The Scare Factory returns to Limerick from October 17 up to 31st at the Old Cleeves Factory, the terrifying experience will see attendees facing their darkest fears in the haunted industrial building!

Samhain, when the worlds of the living and the dead begin to mingle and flood the old streets of Limerick with ghoulish spectacles of myth and magic such as Spirits of tthe Forest, Absentee Landlords, Limerick’s own Bishop’s Lady, all marauding once again. The parade will conclude with a performance at the Potato Market gathering at King John’s Castle from 7pm and will begin at 7.30pm.
On October 29 Dino Day at Crescent Shopping Centre promises to be a fun-filled family-friendly event as you will get to meet life-sized dinosaurs like the T-Rex and Velociraptor for a unique Halloween experience in Limerick.
