Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) has contributed a total of €170,000 to support 50 local community initiatives through the ADI Ireland Community Awards — the highest total donation and number of award recipients since the programme began in 2017.
ADI’s annual Community Awards celebrate the company’s longstanding commitment to being a positive force in every community where it operates (Limerick, Cork and Dublin). This year’s record-breaking fund will support a diverse range of educational, social, charitable, cultural, and artistic initiatives across Ireland.
The funding is being distributed across three award categories — Gold, Silver, and Bronze — each representing different levels of financial support.
The 5 Gold Partners each receiving a donation of €10,000 are; Iris House Cork Cancer Support Centre, ALONE, St Vincent’s Special School, Acquired Brain Injury Ireland and Milford Care Centre.
The 10 Silver Partners each receiving a donation of €5,000 are; Kaer Communications Limerick, West Cork Rapid Response, Brú Columbanus Cork, Liskennett Equestrian Therapy Centre, Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, Galway Hospice, St. Anne’s Special School Ennis, Enable Ireland and Blood Bike Mid West.

Meanwhile, 35 Bronze awards of €2,000 each were distributed among schools, sporting clubs, and social enterprises, enabling them to enhance their activities and community outreach.
Employees from ADI’s Cork, Limerick, and Dublin sites were encouraged to nominate local organisations close to their hearts, resulting in over 200 nominations.
Anna Scully, Enable Ireland, said, “We’re practically neighbours with Analog Devices so it’s lovely to be recognised amongst their community. We’re thrilled with the donation, it will have a massive impact on the support we provide to our clients – empowering them to achieve more independence.”
Meabh Shine, Senior Director, Power Control at ADI said, “Our Community Awards celebrate local organisations that make a real difference in supporting families, education and wellbeing in the places we call home.

“This programme is about recognising and amplifying the incredible efforts happening in our communities. We are proud to celebrate the record number of local organisations recognised this year through our awards programme.”
Brendan O’Dowd, Managing Director, Precision Technology at ADI added, “Each organisation recognised through our Community Awards was nominated by ADI employees who are personally involved and passionate about these causes. This programme reflects the strong connection between our people and the communities where we live and work. We are honoured to help amplify the impact of these organisations and the difference they make every day.”
This year’s programme marks a continued increase in both funding and impact: from €100,000 in 2022, to €130,000 in 2024, and now €170,000 in 2025, underscoring ADI’s growing investment in social good.
Separately, Dóchas Midwest Autism Support received a grant of €25,000 through Analog Devices Foundation. The globally operated Foundation provides employees with another avenue to support charitable organisations that protect the environment, improve education access, and/or advance social change. Last year, Burren Beo Trust received the highest grant awarded through ADI Ireland.
