Limerick Chamber is proud to announce the return of its much-anticipated 2025 Limerick Chamber Golf Classic, taking place in the lustrous grounds of Limerick Golf Club, Ballyclough on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025. Now entering its third year, the event has quickly become a summer highlight for the region’s business community, offering a unique opportunity to connect, compete, and collaborate for a day on the greens.

Flynn has been confirmed as this year’s principal sponsor, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of the Golf Classic. Having fielded a team in last year’s competition, Flynn now steps into a central role as this year’s sponsors and look forward to engaging with business from across the Mid-West.

Reflecting on her first year at the helm of the Chamber, newly appointed Limerick Chamber President Mairead Connolly shared her enthusiasm saying, “The 2025 Limerick Chamber Golf Classic is a fantastic reflection of what makes Limerick’s business community so special. The collaboration, camaraderie, and a genuine drive to support one another. It’s an honour to be President and as such I look forward to welcoming teams, sponsors, and supporters to what promises to be a brilliant day at Ballyclough.”

The event continues to grow in strength and scale, offering valuable opportunities for sponsorship, team participation, and community connection, not just among team members on the course, but through lively networking and shared experiences throughout the day.

Limerick Chamber CEO Michelle Gallagher emphasised the event’s importance in the wider Chamber calendar, “Our Annual Golf Classic is a great networking opportunity for businesses to come together to drive success. Not only a great day on the course, it’s also an excellent opportunity to foster new partnerships, build meaningful relationships and re-connect with clients. It’s a real show of strength and comradery among our members and the wider business network. We are delighted to have our main sponsor Flynn on board this year, also our valued tee sponsors, prize sponsors and our teams supporting this event. It’s hugely encouraging to have this backing, and this is truly what Limerick Chamber is about. At the heart of everything we do is collaboration, shared success, and building relationships that strengthen our region.”

Flynn, who have played a key role in Limerick’s development landscape over recent years, are excited to sponsor this year’s event. Conor McMahon Associate Director, Flynn, commented, “We’re thrilled to be the principal sponsor of the 2025 Limerick Chamber Golf Classic. Last year we experienced the energy of the event as participants and this year, we’re delighted to be at the heart of it. Supporting this initiative aligns perfectly with our values of community engagement, the impact of meaningful partnership, and the key to long-term investment in Limerick and the wider Mid-West. It’s a fantastic way to connect and compete with peers and partners while celebrating the best of what this region has to offer.”

Teams of four can register now to secure their spot, with entry priced at €400 per team. This includes a round of golf, goodie bags, on-course refreshments, and a post-game meal at the Limerick Golf Club clubhouse.
