Féile na Gréine set to launch the 2026 edition of the festival with ‘dazzling’ part on Friday, May 22. Promising a great night of music to start off the summer months, Féile na Gréine present music from DiJaka, I Dreamed, I Dream, Laura Duff, and Mise an Sliabh.

Promising a great night of music to start off the summer months, Féile na Gréine present music from DiJaka, a Cork-based DJ and co-founder of DOSE and éist.

Féile na Gréine is set to announce this year’s festival with a special launch party taking place in Pharmacia Bar on Friday, May 22, promising a talented lineup to welcome in the summer months.

This year’s festival will take place from August 14 to 16, where Liemrick will be transformed into a stage to host emerging and experimental music that will excite audiences.

With more details to be announced soon, festival organisers said they are launching this year’s edition with a “dazzling lineup of artists” at Pharmacia on Friday, May 22.

They said, “While we’re in the thick of preparing for this year’s festival, we’re excited to share the lineup for our Launch Party event with you. Join us on Friday, 22nd May in Pharmacia for a dazzling lineup of artists, while helping raise funds for Féile na Gréine’s 2026 edition.”

Promising a great night of music to start off the summer months, Féile na Gréine present music from DiJaka, a Cork-based DJ and co-founder of DOSE and éist. I Dreamed, I Dream, a genre-blending five-piece band from Cork. Laura Duff, a singer-songwriter with intimate and introspective lyrics from Limerick. And Mise an Sliabh a Limerick-based traditional singer-songwriter.

Tickets are available online through Eventbrite and are priced at €15 + a booking fee, or €20 on the door.

Richard is a presenter, producer, songwriter and actor. He was named the Limerick Person of the Year (2011) and won an online award at the Metro Éireann Media and Multicultural Awards (2011) for promoting multi-culturalism online. Richard says that the ilovelimerick.com concept is very much a community driven project that aims to document life in Limerick. So, that in 20 years time people can look back and remember the events that were making the headlines.
