King Kong Company

King Kong Company are making a return to Limerick this Friday, October 11. Expect banging tunes, costumes, lights, visuals and much more. The Band continue their collaboration with Diorama Artist Bobby Fingers on their new release “Wrecked with God” which is sure to be a festival favourite and Bobby will also be making an appearance.

The Sky is Falling

Ormston House presents The Sky is Falling!, a group exhibition featuring contributions from Ceara Conway, Seoidín O’Sullivan, Scott Rogers, and Christopher Steenson. The exhibition has been running since Friday, September 13 and will run up to Saturday, November 16.

Featuring new and existing works, the exhibition is the culmination of several years of research into the corncrake, a species of bird approaching extinction in Ireland and the UK.

The popular Bualadh Bos Family Day takes place on Saturday 12^th October. The zany Boss Rob returns with A Masterclass for Aspiring Artists, this time to Limerick City Gallery of Art. Visit Dance Limerick for dance show Moving Words, or get your storytelling fix at Wandering Stories Workshop. The much-loved Bualadh Bop is back, with an afternoon of music, dance, crafts and storytelling. The day will be topped off with a family film screening of The Muppets Take Manhattan.
