Limerick Youth Service Variety Show

Limerick Youth Service (LYS) is inviting youth clubs and groups to take part in its Variety Show, which will take place at the TUS Millennium Theatre on Friday, March 6 at 7:30 pm. The LYS Variety Show will see young people take to the stage as they showcase the best of Limerick’s youth talent! There will also be a special banner competition with youth clubs/groups encouraged to design a banner to cheer on their team.

Gerry McAvoy’s Band of Friends

Gerry McAvoy’s Band of Friends are back with a new line-up this Sunday, March 8 at Dolan’s. Over the years Band of Friends have been seen worldwide with various line ups but since the beginning, until his unfortunate death in 2019, featured Ted McKenna on drums who toured with Rory from 1978 – 1981. Ted can also be heard on Photo-Finish, Top Priority and a live album Stagestruck.
