Aidan O Brien is proud to announce that he will be presenting The Happiness Code in the Savoy Hotel, Limerick, on Wednesday, October 27. Tickets are €20 and all proceeds are going towards Dochas Midwest Autism Support.
At the event, Aidan will teach you how to be more confident, the secret to self-healing, how to create new daily rituals to improve the quality of your life, how to reprogramme your language to build your self-esteem and get more of what you want in life, and much, much more.
“After 18 months of being focused on things out of our control it’s important to remember how much of our life is in our control. And nothing is more important than finding and creating our happiness,” Aidan said.
This event is to show people how to find the best parts of themselves again, and at the same time, raise money for a phenomenal cause who are helping so many children and families.”
