Speaking about the upcoming event, Amanda Scott said, “Leaders are only as good as those who they surround themselves with. But few people think carefully about how to select, from their network, the right combination of people to help them be truly effective as leaders and to flourish in their professional lives.”

Edwina Gore, president of Network Ireland Limerick, said, “Networking is an essential business tool for everyone – leaders, employees, and entrepreneurs.  Personal Boardroom is a very simple yet very clever framework that helps people recognise the relationships they must nurture to either develop themselves or drive their business forward. This will definitely be a networking evening with a twist and I would encourage women of all ages and backgrounds to join us.”

Network Ireland Limerick provides a forum where women in business, the professions, and the Arts can exchange business ideas and increase their business contacts. It encourages women to achieve more satisfying careers and promotes women as worthy contributors to the Irish economy.

The Network Ireland Limerick event with guest speaker Amanda Scott will take place on Wednesday, October 11, from 6 pm to 8.30 pm at the Savoy Hotel Limerick. This event is free for Network Ireland Limerick and Limerick Chamber Skillnet members. Tickets cost €20 for non-members and can be bought via Eventbrite or email [email protected].
