Construction begins on Ardhu development in Limerick City
The €120 million Ardhu development at Ennis Road, Roses Avenue and North Circular Road has seen Galway-based contractor, Monami, on-site, to get what is the city centre’s largest residential development for almost 20 years underway.

The €120 million Ardhú development at Ennis Road, Roses Avenue and North Circular Road has seen Galway-based contractor, Monami, on-site, to get what is the city centre’s largest residential development for almost 20 years underway.
Delivered by London-based Tribeca Holdings, the overall project is expected to take two years to complete. The large scale residential development will be made up of more than 200 rent-only apartments and includes facilities for a creche, and the refurbishment of Ardhú House, a protected structure to provide ancillary residential amenity uses and the refurbishment of the Ardhú Bar.
The large-scale residential development will provide 230 rental-only apartments, ranging from one and two-bed units to three-bed and duplex options, catering for single occupants and families. Designed by Dublin architects Henry J Lyons,
The project will provide 230 apartments across five new buildings on a six-acre site, with heights ranging from three to five storeys. Designed by award-winning design firm Henry J Lyons, the development aimed to create high-quality communal spaces both indoor and outdoor for the residents.
In addition to the new apartment blocks, the development includes the refurbishment of Ardhú House, providing a range of residential amenities such as a café, cinema, co-working space, gym, spa, swimming pool, and a padel court within the grounds.
