Award-winning Razzamataz Theatre School comes to Limerick this September with classes from less than €10 per hour and an incredible 50% sibling discount

Since 2000, Razzamataz Theatre Schools has been dedicated to inspiring confidence and creativity

Razzamataz Theatre Schools has won countless awards, appeared on Dragons’ Den, and provided thousands of children with top-class training and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. This September, Razzamataz comes to Limerick, launching on September 5.

Since 2000, Razzamataz Theatre Schools has been dedicated to inspiring confidence and creativity through performing arts, helping young people discover their potential and grow both on and off the stage.

The theatre school says, “We believe every child deserves the opportunity to shine, explore their imagination, and develop skills that last a lifetime. Our classes are led by experienced practitioners in dance, acting, and singing, with training in both musical theatre and commercial styles. More than performance, our classes focus on building resilience, teamwork, and communication— essential life skills that prepare students to thrive in school, social settings, and future careers.”

Razzamataz provide exciting opportunities for its students to take part in performances, overseas trips, workshops, and industry-led masterclasses. Including performing in West End Galas and at Disneyland Paris.

These experiences go beyond the classroom, allowing students to apply what they learn in real-world contexts and build lasting memories and friendships.

Founder, Denise Gosney, made waves when she appeared on BBC’s Dragons’ Den, securing full investment and solidifying Razzamataz as one of the most successful and inspiring entrepreneurial stories in the performing arts space.

Her vision continues to drive Razzamataz forward. Today, Razzamataz stands as a leading provider of exceptional performing arts education.

“Creating confident futures isn’t just a strapline, it’s who we are,” the theatre school said. Cathy Hawks, Principal, and her daughter Darcey, Operations Manager, have been a part of the Razz family for 15 years. Darcey and her sisters attended Razzamataz Carlisle from 2011 – 2023. Cathy and Darcey, alongside the incredibly talented Razzamataz Limerick teachers, can’t wait to recreate the fabulous environment that had such an incredible impact on the whole family.

The group are dedicated to making Theatre School accessible, saying, “We understand that with the cost of living rising, family life can be expensive. Many parents are having to make the difficult decision about the activities their children take part in. That is why we are fully committed to doing everything we can to support families.”

Razzamataz Theatre Schools Limerick is launching on the 5th of September 2026 and is now accepting applications for its free taster session. Classes run every Saturday during school term times at Saint Patrick’s Boys National School, Dublin Road.
