The Big Limerick Seisiun is a must see – or must hear – experience on the cultural calendar of a visit to Limerick. Visitors to the Locke Bar are spoilt for choice with music sessions at both 5 pm and 7 pm daily!

The beautiful riverside setting of The Locke Bar also features a hugely popular and vibrant outdoor seating and entertainment area which is the perfect location for outdoor relaxation, fun, and entertainment for a Spring or Summer day! Inside you will find, old wood paneling & open fires making it the perfect place to snuggle down when the Irish Weather isn’t as kind!

The Locke Bar has a history and resonance to its premises that is a rare find anywhere in Ireland. It can be found on the original site of one of Limerick City’s oldest pubs dating back to 1724. Nearby are some of the city’s most historical landmarks such as St. Mary’s Cathedral, King John’s Castle & the Hunt Museum. 

As a gastropub, serving food 7 days a week from Breakfast to Dinner, it is particularly well-known for its Ocean Fresh Seafood Menu and choice of Fresh daily Specials as well as many other dishes to suit all tastes.
