Over the past 10 years, we have been lucky to develop their strong local food message and passion behind it on a national basis. The food speaks for itself, an ethos of championing local producers where possible features through all their various menus.
Tom is a highly innovative individual constantly striving to educate our guests on the importance of local food production and does so through his inventive local food menus. Hence the birth of our "Taste The Place" Menu our four-course menu celebrates food provenance and local suppliers.
