We’re one of the most popular health, fitness and weight loss centres in  Ireland. Our environment is relaxed, friendly and probably different to most other gyms you’ve tried. “Comfortable” is one of the most frequent words our clients use to describe us.

What’s different? We are only for Women, there’s a different atmosphere, a different buzz about our gym. Everything is tailored for Women! No posers, no men, no anxiety about going over to weights area.
