Irish alt-pop artist, Cat Turner, releases her latest single, ‘Coming‘ with SASP Records, available to stream now.

Coming arrives just when it should — at the tail end of summer, where the nights are still warm and the air hangs heavy with everything you did and didn’t do. It’s a track for when you’re a little tipsy, shoes in hand, drifting home through quiet streets. For when you’re still at the beach, watching the sky change with your friends, knowing the season’s slipping.

There’s something brewing in it — a sweetness, a sadness, a sense that maybe you let a few things slide just to stay in the glow a little longer. Regrets hum at the edges, but not enough to matter. Not yet. Wrap yourself in it. Take the long way home. Let whatever’s coming, come.

Cat Turner is due to perform in Dolan’s Warehouse on October 31st as a guest to Limerick’s TA Narrative.

Cat Turner is an alt-pop artist, producer, and songwriter crafting emotionally charged music from the ground up. Originally from Laois and shaped by years in Galway’s underground scene, Turner creates songs that are both intimate and explosive—raw emotion delivered through distorted synths, off-kilter beats, and a voice that doesn’t flinch.

Her sound lands somewhere between the experimental edges of Charli XCX and the emotional frankness of Tove Lo, but it’s driven by her own need to process what’s in her head: heartbreak, self-doubt, the parts of yourself you’re still trying to grow into.

What started as a band-that-never-was became a solo mission she’s never looked back from. Writing, producing, and building every track herself, Turner thrives in the messy, personal process of creation—music that often feels like it may never exist outside of her, until it suddenly does.

So, that in 20 years time people can look back and remember the events that were making the headlines.
