Founded in 2014, The Pudding is a brand consultancy driven by CEO Gillian Horan alongside her team of industry experts. Their employer brand work has enabled them to work with some of the most influential brands, including Colgate, Smyths Toys and, most recently Blackrock Clinic. The Pudding’s 2021 ‘Powering the Freedom to Create’ employer brand campaign for WP Engine – the world-leading WordPress hosting platform – earned them an Institute of Designers in Ireland Award for “Use of Video in Design” in the category of Visual Communication
