Announcing the event, Claughaun GAA Club said, “This will be a super day for our club, so all members, friends, your work colleagues, sports and social groups, and any member of the public interested in running or walking are welcome.”

The club is encouraging supporters to spread the word throughout the community and invite family and friends to take part as all funds raised through the event will go to the “ongoing growth and development of Claughaun GAA Club”.

Online registration is now live through the Just Race Events website, and early signup is encouraged ahead of the April 12 date as the event is expected to be a popular fundraiser for the club.

The organisers added, “This Family-Friendly Fun Run is being organised with Just Race events. Join us on the day, whether you’re chasing a chip-timed PB, training for the Great Limerick Run, or looking to run or walk with friends and family.”
