“The brand represents everything I’m about; I love fashion, I live an active lifestyle, and I want to wear fitness gear that’s not just durable but stylish and comfortable,” tells Louise.

Leading fashion blogger and Dooradoyle native Louise Cooney officially launched her new fitness clothing brand, CLOO Active, at House Dublin on Wednesday, November 17.

The line offers Irish-designed gym and activewear to women of all body types. 

CLOO Active was born from influencer Louise’s dream of creating high-quality fitness attire that is still stylish and on-trend. 

“The brand represents everything I’m about; I love fashion, I live an active lifestyle, and I want to wear fitness gear that’s not just durable but stylish and comfortable,” says Louise. 

“CLOO Active embodies these key elements, and has also been designed with women of different shapes and sizes in mind.” 

The collection features everything from sports bras and leggings to tops and outerwear. 

CLOO Active leggings come in a range of different fits, with styles for all tastes and body types. Similarly, the line offers a variety of stylish fitness tops, from flattering crops to long-sleeved, loose-fitted tops that can weather any workout.

The brand’s staple-piece bomber jacket is ideal whilst out on a brisk walk or running errands. 

The collection has a trendy colour palette of dusty pinks, blacks and greys, with prices starting at just €35.

Fashion icon Louise is delighted to see CLOO Active finally hit the rails.

“It’s surreal to see my brand come to fruition, especially when I look back at the sketches from when this venture first began just over a year ago. I was in the mind frame of buying a house at the time.  I switched the dial to instead invest my savings and livelihood into this venture,” tells Louise.

“Right now, CLOO Active is in its infancy stage, but I’m excited to see what the future holds. I have already started the design process for my 2022 collection.”

Named Influencer of the Year at the 2020 National Digital Awards, Louise has amassed over 200,000 followers on Instagram and garnered great success in both the blogging and fashion worlds. 

The Limerick icon won the Best Fashion Blog award at the 2016 Blog Awards Ireland, and has worked with leading fashion brands Dior, Armani, Victoria’s Secret, Guess and Tom Ford, to name but a few. 

CLOO Active fitness wear will be available from next Friday, November 26th, on the brand’s official website.
