Dwan also highlighted the variety of activities available, noting that the shopping centre had become “a hub of activities” with live music and festive entertainment including games such as Pass the Parcel, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone.

Christmas is now in full swing at the Crescent which has pulled out all the stops this festive season which saw a world record broken by Kate Healy raising funds for St Gabriel’s, and a turning on of the Christmas Lights ceremony with Irish Olympian, Sharlene Mawdsley bringing hundreds to the shopping centre to meet their sporting hero.

The following week saw the big man himself arrive at his Candy Wonderland grotto where Santa is now taking visitors for what promises an enchanting experience for children and families alike.

Also adding to the festive feeling is a mural painted by Limerick’s PJ Harnett which makes the perfect place for a photo opportunity for the family while enjoying Ireland’s largest shopping complex outside of Dublin this festive season.
