Cyril’s career is a testament to his talent, passion, and relentless drive for excellence. From managing salons and training teams worldwide to running successful hair salons in Dubai, his global influence has been profound. He has taught cutting techniques across continents, worked as a creative director on high-profile shoots, and been featured in some of the industry’s most prestigious publications.

After almost four decades in hairdressing, Cyril returned to Ireland and 2019 opened Cyril Morgan Hair – a five-star luxury salon in Limerick. His vision was to create a haven of top-tier service, not only for hairstyling but also for clients navigating the challenges of hair loss. Over the past 20 years, Cyril has specialised in compassionate, expert hair loss consultations for women and men, offering tailored solutions in a safe, private setting.

At the heart of Cyril’s leadership is his belief in mentorship and teamwork. With a staff of 15, he fosters a culture of empathy and attentiveness, leading by example and inspiring those around him. “You’ve got to lead from the front,” he says. “Lead by example.” His dedication to his team is as evident as his commitment to his clients.
