Director Shane Serrano told ilovelimerick, “Over The last few years I have been working with Limerick Self Storage in creating heartwarming videos every Christmas. This year they approached me with this concept at a smaller scale, but being both a filmmaker and Limerick musician, I could immediately see the huge scope and potential that it had. I knew so many artists and performers from all kinds of genres and backgrounds that would be perfect for this project, and would only love to be a part of it. The Limerick music scene is a family. We may not all know each other, but it’s family nonetheless. Last January, we lost a family member. This is a celebration of all that is Limerick music at the moment and the greatness of Dolores O’Riordan’s music.”

Jackie Bonfield of the MidWest Simon Community said, “Each and every week, dozens of musicians load their equipment in and out of rented units at Limerick Self Storage, honing their craft, with the dreams and aspirations of one day bringing their music to the world like The Cranberries once did. On January 15, 2018, Limerick lost their most beloved daughter. From Limerick Self Storage and Limerick artists of every genre, this is Limerick’s tribute and thank you to Dolores O’Riordan and The Cranberries.”
