Donna Kennedy will be signing copies of her new book ‘Born to be Beautiful’ in O’Mahonys Booksellers on O’Connell Street in Limerick at 12pm on Saturday 24 January.

Donna Kennedy will be signing copies of her book ‘Born to be Beautiful, How to Look and Feel Amazing During and After Pregnancy’ on Saturday 24 January at 12 O’Clock in O Mahonys, 120 O’Connell Street, Limerick, Ireland.

In Donna’s book, Born to be Beautiful,  she makes it clear to women that it is possible to maintain the body you want, both during and after pregnancy. She has developed her own pregnancy plan, which  includes a simple, broken down nutrition guide, an exercise plan and Donna’s own recipes. Donna helps remove the pressures put on expecting and new mothers to be ‘supermums’ and substitutes it with a programme that keep babies healthy without giving up the physical and emotional needs of the mother.While explaining the science behind a range of pregnancy topics, Donna’s plan also includes definitions for the changes women face in pregnancy and ways for women to cope with these changes.

Donna  Kennedy was born in Co. Mayo, Ireland. She is a qualified psychologist, business and life coach and professional motivational speaker. Donna set up her own business practise at the age of twenty three. She frequently features in national and international media as an expert in the areas such as improving your life and business development. Donna has given talks and seminars to thousands of people and companies worldwide. After building an excellent reputation, her work has been recognised and cited in international journals by major companies and academically.
