Following the sold-out success of last year’s Songbird at the Woodlands, Limerick’s own award-winning soprano Eve Stafford is returning to the Fitzgerald’s Woodlands House Hotel & Spa with her second concert at the venue. This year’s production marks her very first Downton Abbey– themed concert, Serenade: A Downton-Inspired Afternoon Tea & Concert.

Audiences are invited to step back in time and be transported to the elegance, charm, and romance of a bygone era. Inspired by the beloved Downton Abbey series and films, the concert will feature a nostalgic programme of timeless classics that capture the glamour of the early 20th century.

Eve will be joined by acclaimed pianist Fiona Linnane and renowned violinist Anne Phelan, celebrated for her performances with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra. Together, they will create an afternoon of music and atmosphere in the beautiful Fitzgerald Suite, paired with a luxurious afternoon tea. Guests are encouraged to “put on their pearls and Sunday best” and immerse themselves fully in the experience.

I’m thrilled to return with a new theme inspired by the world of Downton Abbey, and I can’t wait to share this special experience with the audience.
