2026 St Patrick’s Festival is set to celebrate the ‘Legends of Limerick’ from March 13 to 17
The theme for Limerick St Patrick’s Festival 2026 has been revealed as the “Legends of Limerick”, celebrating the remarkable people, stories and moments that have shaped the county’s unique identity.
This year’s festival will run from March 13 to 17 as the theme honours local legends from past and present, from ancient myths and medieval folklore to the county’s sporting heroes and contemporary icons who continue to inspire.
Community groups, cultural organisations, venues, businesses and event producers are now invited to take part in Limerick St. Patrick’s Festival 2026 by applying to participate in the festival.
