This month, as part of their Fit for February Challenge Cari are holding a Spinathon at CARI HQ Ennis Road, Limerick on Friday 24th February at 8am.

Participants are asked to take part in the CARI Spinathon for 15 minutes each. To find out more or to take part, email [email protected] or call on 087-1307168. This event will be held in CARI’s Limerick HQ car park on the Ennis Road.
