The UL Creative Writing Festival takes place over three evenings (Wednesday 9th April, Thursday 10th April, Friday 11th April 2025) and one full day, Saturday 12th April, at UL.
Taking place from April 9th to 12th 2025, the Festival features a stellar lineup including Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Paul Muldoon, international bestsellers Marian Keyes and Liz Nugent, Booker Prizewinner Paul Lynch, our own multiple-award-winning Donal Ryan, Emily Cullen, Eoin Devereux, Sarah Moore, Kerry Neville, Poolbeg Press, expert panels from the Irish Writers Centre, live poetry and spoken word, readings from U.L Creative Writing MA alumnae who will be publishing debut novels in 2025, and much more.
Venues include the University Concert Hall and the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance.
