Every weekend, take your experience to the next level with Sauna & Plunge sessions. Alternate between the warmth of the sauna and the refreshing plunge pool while enjoying views of the River Shannon, the perfect way to recharge, relax and embrace the best of summer in Limerick. Sauna & Plunge sessions take place every Saturday and Sunday throughout August from 12pm to 6pm.
