Limerick businesses sought for Exim Summit 2016

Limerick based businesses who trade internationally are encouraged to attend Ireland’s only export-import and global trade conference, EXIM Summit, which takes place in Croke Park this September 29. Exim Summit 2016.

The unique event incorporates a conference featuring influential industry business leaders such as Former Minister for European Affairs and International Business Consultant, Lucinda Creighton and Airline Captain and Founder of luxury confectionery brand Be Sweet Company, Bernice Moran, which is backed by billionaire Richard Branson.

 

 

 

There will also be a Brexit-focused panel discussion during the conference at Croke Park, featuring leading international business experts, including Former CEO of Vodafone and Digicel, Stephen Brewer and Ms. Creighton.
In light of the Apple tax controversy, a workshop will also address the tax implications and legal aspects of trading globally.

Workshops held on the day will cover varied topics such as The Role of Logistics in Irish Exports and Imports,Customs and Trade issues for Importers and Exporters to consider and plan for in light of Brexit, Export-Import Best Practices, Legal Aspects of Global Trade, International Marketing Opportunities and Marketing your Export Business.
