February 2016 at The Lime Tree Theatre and Belltable will host a jam packed programme for the Spring 2016 season. February kicks off with Fidget Feet Dance Company’s new children’s show Catch Me in the Lime Tree on Thursday Feb 4 at 7pm, tickets €8. The classic old story of Red Riding Hood is performed in a forest of 250 meters of circus rope, this is sure to capture the imagination of any child.

Gary Cooke & the Après Match team are an integral part of Ireland’s soccer coverage, their hilarious live show Apres Le Match will be our comedy highlight this February Fri 5, tickets €27 . We are very excited too that Pat Kinevane returns to Limerick with his three multi-award-winning plays to be performed in rep at the Belltable. All three plays are pretty special; Forgotten, Silent and Underneath, don’t miss this amazing opportunity right on your doorstep.

Eleanor Shanley’s live Forever Young show on Saturday Feb 13, is based on her most recent album with the same title. We are delighted Eleanor and her band will perform in the Lime Tree for the first time before jetting off to Canada on the next leg of her tour. Finally, our Valentine’s screening is the Oscar nominated film Brooklyn starring Saoirse Ronan – chocolates and a good film, a perfect date opportunity with a loved one, why not!

There are 2 tickets up for grabs for Eleanor Shanley at the Lime Tree Theatre Sat Feb 13 at 8pm. Eleanor Shanley & friends are currently in the middle of the first leg of her Forever Young tour in support of the recently released new album of the same name. Just answer this question: What is the name of Eleanor Shanley’s latest tour? Email your answers to [email protected] by 4pm on Thur, February 4. To be in with a chance to win tickets to Pat Kinevane’s first performance of the week, Forgotten Thursday, Feb 11 8pm at the Belltable.
