Brian Lee, co-founder and managing director of Freshly Chopped, the healthy food company, has today announced the opening of Freshly Chopped Limerick.

The store will open at Casey’s Londis, Dock Road, Limerick. The new store will create 15 jobs and follows newly opened Freshly Chopped outlets in Waterford, Galway, Cork, Castlebar and the second Northern Irish Freshly Chopped in Newry Co. Down, along with the announcement of a new deal to bring the healthy fast food chain to Cyprus.

Freshly Chopped Limerick will be the first of four Freshly Chopped outlets to open across the county of Limerick in 2018, creating 60 new jobs.
