God Knows releases his latest single ‘The Art of Alienation’ ahead of his debut live performance on Saturday, March 1

Zimbabwean-Irish rapper God Knows returns with his latest single The Art of Alienation, out now via Narolane Records.
This marks his first release of 2025, following his previous EP We Move The Needle.
The single drops just in time for his debut live performance in Limerick on Saturday 1st March.
Inspired by Outkast’s The Art of Storytelling series, The Art of Alienation takes listeners on a personal journey of self-discovery, with the town of Shannon serving as a backdrop to explore themes of identity and belonging.
God Knows blends his unique rap style with introspective reflections, creating a vibrant and compelling narrative.
The track delves into the concept of “alienation,” defined as a sense of depersonalisation or loss of identity, often linked to societal disconnection.
For God Knows, this theme resonates deeply, particularly as he reflects on his experiences as a first-generation immigrant in Shannon, a town uniquely shaped by Ireland’s history.
Speaking about ‘The Art Of Alienation’, God Knows said, “The track speaks of my journey as a first generation immigrant from the first made up town in Ireland called Shannon after the river Shannon. I explore the rich history that it holds and my trials grappling between my identity as a Zimbabwean and as an Irish man.”
God Knows will take to the Dolans stage for his debut solo performance this Saturday, March 1.
