Grow & Glow Event to bring connection and confidence to women in midlife and beyond at The Savoy Hotel on January, 31
Women navigating midlife and beyond are invited to step into a relaxed, uplifting afternoon of education, inspiration and connection at the Grow & Glow Event at Savoy Hotel, a beautifully curated experience designed to support women through menopause, lifestyle changes and personal reinvention.
The Grow & Glow Event brings together leading experts in menopause, nutrition, skincare and aesthetics, and personal style & colour to offer practical, evidence-based guidance in a warm and welcoming environment. The afternoon is designed to reassure, empower and celebrate women at every stage of life.
Attendees will gain clarity and confidence around menopause and hormonal changes, learn how to nourish their bodies to support energy, mood and wellbeing, simplify skincare routines for real results, and better understand aesthetic injectables through an educational lens focused on preventative, regenerative and corrective treatments across the decades. Style and colour guidance will also help women feel confident, visible and authentically themselves.

The speaker line-up includes Fiona Doyle – International Personal Stylist, Dr Mai Nguyen – Advanced Aesthetics Doctor & Industry Expert, and Norma Psillos – The Menopause Nutritionist.
With over 18 years’ experience in personal style, colour psychology and image building, Fiona has styled luxury events, corporate clients and wedding parties. She is passionate about helping women harness the power of style and colour to elevate confidence, presence and self-expression.
Founder of a consultant-led medical skin clinic in Limerick, Dr Mai brings over 14 years of clinical experience. She specialises in preventative, regenerative and corrective aesthetics, offering holistic, evidence-based treatments that prioritise skin health and natural-looking results.
An Accredited Menopause Educator and Registered Nutritional Therapist, Norma supports women through hormonal change with compassion and clarity. Her work focuses on restoring energy, improving sleep and helping women reconnect with their confidence and vitality.
The afternoon will include expert talks, interactive Q&A sessions, a panel discussion, live demonstrations, and opportunities to connect with women-run businesses in the health and wellbeing space. Guests will enjoy prosecco on arrival, a light lunch, tea and coffee, and goodie bags.
In addition, a percentage of each ticket sale will be donated to Adapt Domestic Abuse Services, supporting women to find sanctuary, access guidance and rebuild their lives.
The Grow & Glow Event promises honest conversations, expert insights attendees can apply immediately, and a supportive space where women can connect, share and feel truly understood.
