HOMS Assist has been named Probate Law Firm of the Year at the 2026 LEAP Irish Law Awards, held at a gala ceremony on June 12 at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.

The national award recognises excellence in probate services. It was judged by an independent panel of legal experts and reflects the firm’s commitment to expert legal guidance and a client-centred approach.

The award highlights the work of HOMS Assist’s specialist probate team, led by Partner, Claire Tuohy, alongside solicitors Jacqueline O’Connor and Olga Sandys. Claire is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is qualified to practice in Ireland, England and Wales. Her expertise in cross-border estates enables the firm to support clients dealing with international assets, overseas beneficiaries and complex succession matters.
