Sylwia and her team treat a variety of issues, including depression and anxiety, social anxiety, postnatal depression, marital and relationship problems, eating disorders, self-esteem and self-confidence, grief and bereavement, parenting and family issues, phobias, young adult issues, post-traumatic stress, trauma, anger management, panic attacks, shame and guilt, women’s and men’s issues, stress management, insomnia and sleep concerns, OCD, and many more.

The clinic provides safe, warm, non-judgmental, friendly, and professional psychotherapy care to all patients, including adults, adolescents, and children. With no waiting lists, patients can book appointments by calling +353 87056 9728 or emailing [email protected]. The clinic is open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday, from 9am until 10pm. The clinic’s convenient location in Limerick City makes it easily accessible.

The practice also offers workshops, with the next workshop titled “Heal Your Inner Child” scheduled for April 22 from 10 am to 5:30 pm. The workshop aims to help patients heal and connect with their inner child and understand childhood trauma. It offers tools to help heal outside of the workshop, creating a safe, friendly, and confidential space where strong boundaries are held for every participant to feel safe. Pre-booking is required as places are limited. The workshop costs €75, and patients can book their place here.
