Patrick Keane of Keanes Jewellers said “Keanes Jewellers are delighted to sponsor this year’s Keanes Jewellers Ladies Day at Limerick Racecourse. The lucky winner will receive a stunning diamond ring to the value of €4,000 and the runners up will receive a  voucher each for Keanes Jewellers. The team at Keanes Jewellers would like to wish all of the ladies attending the best of luck.”

Celebrity judge on the day is style guru Marietta Doran. Marietta is no stranger to Ladies Days events and regularly appears on RTE Racing covering various fashion events around the country.

This year ladies have the opportunity of registering online for the Best Dressed Lady competition or indeed all ladies may register in the Ladies Day Registration area on the day.

Marietta Doran said “I am really looking forward to judging Keanes Jewellers Ladies Day on Sunday 11th October. I am looking for the X Factor – Ladies should be wearing a headpiece and be perfectly styled from head to toe.

I love colour and I am a fan of soft tailoring with an eclectic twist. Footwear is also important and shoes should be comfortable and compliment the outfit. Ladies should be happy, confident and enjoy the day. The best thing a lady can wear is a smile”

Race goers are in for an additional treat on the Munster National Weekend at Limerick Racecourse on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October 2015. There will be a new Shopping Village which will house a number of pop up shops including Secret Fashion Fixes, Fab Fillies, Marinot Millinery and many more.

The Shopping village will open at 12pm – 6pm each day; allowing patrons the chance to browse all the fantastic stands on offer. This is the perfect opportunity to get your Christmas shopping completed all under one roof.

There shall be a fashion show in the Ladies Day area on Sunday showcasing fashions from Aisling Maher Millinery and Boutique with Limerick’s own Celia Holman Lee as MC and style ambassador on the day.

Ladies are encouraged to arrive early for registration and to browse the shopping village. General admission is €15 per person to include racing and fashion show. Excellent hospitality packages also available. Please check outwww.limerickraces.ie for more details.
