Hayleigh Kiely has called on the public to help support her younger brother, Zack, as he prepares for the ISKA World Championships in Madrid this November 2026.

Hayleigh, who herself won the ISKA World Championship in 2024, is raising funds for her younger brother as she aims to help the “Kiely duo” get to Madrid and represent Limerick and the country on the international stage.

Hayleigh said on GoFundMe, “I am raising funds for my brother to fight at the ISKA World Championships in Madrid this November. I will also be travelling as his coach this time, as it is an amateur tournament.”

Hayleigh explained how the sport has helped her travel many places over the years, but says to represent at the ISKA World Championships side-by-side with Zack would be unforgettable.

She said, “I’ve travelled a lot myself with this sport, and to do it by the side of my 12 year old brother is an experience we will never forget. Qualifying for this tournament was no easy venture, and he took it with both hands, having fantastic performances at the ISKA All-Irelands in April.”

Saying that her younger brother has now received “his golden ticket”, there is still work to be done as they “need all the help we can get to financially support this costly trip”.

Hayleigh said, “Any support would be hugely appreciated and will help us with flights, accommodation, team Ireland kit, gear, training costs and more. To represent our family, community and country is something we are very proud of. I’m very proud to stand in his corner. Now, we need people to stand in our corner with us too. Every little helps!.”

Donations can be made to help support the Kiely Duo through GoFundMe with an initial target of €1,300 set and just more than €400 raised as of May 26, 2026.
