Knockaderry’s annual fashion show will be taking place on October 5, 2018, at 8 pm in the Knockaderry Resource Centre, a few miles outside Newcastle West in order to raise funds for their Community Centre to pay for insurances and heating bills.
It is sure to be a great night as ilovelimerick’s very own Richard Lynch will be the MC. There is set to be over 20 models of all ages with a varying age gap from the late teens to the early 60s.
This year’s theme is set around Parisian fashion so fancy European clothing can be expected from the get-go with fashion styles for people of all shapes and sizes for the coming autumn and winter months. There will truly be something for everyone.
Aisling Maher, All Seasons, Manette’s, Bella Sola, Esther’s and G Boutique are some of the fantastic Boutiques generously providing some flawless styles for the fashion show on the night.
“The fashion show has always been a great success for the past two years,” Mary Geaney, member of the Knockaderry Community College told ilovelimerick.
“The committee who run the fashion show are people from nearly every group in the parish coming from the community council, the camogie club, the GAA and the drama club so there’s representation from all around the community,” Mary said.
Tickets are on sale at €15 and can be purchased from Committee Members or by ringing Mairead on 087 1230714, The Dresser or Younique Beauty Salon in Newcastle West.
