Laurel Hill Fashion Show 2012

Laurel Hill Coláiste has been very privileged over the years to be chosen, along with Laurel Hill Secondary School, to take part in Celia Holman Lee’s spring fashion show. Every year, fifth year students are given the honour of taking part in which they enjoy the opportunity to be treated like models. This year we were the lucky ones to take part in Celia’s fashion show on the 4th of March in the Strand Hotel.

Some members of staff also joined in with the night’s proceedings including our Vice Principal Mr. Byrne, Ms. Phelan and Mr. Kelleher who modelled clothes from The Leather Store Y and Z.

The night was a major success, enjoyed whole-heartedly by students, teachers and audience alike. After our models had walked-the catwalk they could sit back and enjoy Celia’s own models walk the catwalk. After the show the many prizes so generously donated by local businesses were raffled off ending the night on a high note.

This event is always the highlight of the school calendar and we hope to see it continue for many years.
