LCFE Open Day 2016 expecting significant numbers. Limerick College of further education will hold its annual Open Day on Tuesday 2nd February from 10am to 6pm. The highly successful event attracts large numbers of people each year who are interested in learning more about the College’s programmes and facilities. Teaching staff will be on hand to provide all the information required to prospective learners, parents and guidance counsellors. Details are also available on maintenance grants as well as social welfare information.
Limerick College of Further Education is a state funded and administrated further education college which offers a diverse range of education programmes and professional qualifications for approximately 1200 full time and 3000 part time learners. The College is situated in the South East of the city on Mulgrave Street and also East Limerick at Cappamore. LCFE aims to provide a high quality of internationally recognised educational programmes.
LCFE Open Day 2016 features an exciting Visual Arts Exhibition (Art, Design, Fashion, and Photography). Produced by Limerick College of Further Education leaners and staged by academic staff, the high quality exhibition can be enjoyed by all visitors on the day.
Commenting on the forthcoming LCFE Open Day 2016, LCFE Director, Pat Maunsell, said: “Staff are to be congratulated on the excellent preparation and planning that goes into this event every year. I’m looking forward to seeing a large volume of visitors on campus once again this year”.
