The Go Gym Limerick owner has taken to her Instagram @leannemoorefitness in order to promote a healthy lifestyle during this isolation period. Leanne’s LIFT LIVE workouts will continue to motivate others from the comfort of their own homes.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12 pm, Leanne will go through an entire 40-minute workout session. These include various cardio, strength and stretching exercises. There is something for everyone of any fitness level to enjoy. The LIFT LIVE series is already proving a great success.

Leanne is no newcomer to having a presence on digital media, especially with her famous blog and fitness videos. Her past experience as a television presenter and as RTÉ’s 2008 You’re A Star winner has boosted her repertoire of accomplishments.

In 2017, Leanne opened Go Gym Limerick with David Behan and Jay Abbey with huge success. It has since expanded into another location in Ashbourne, Dublin.

Now that the Covid-19 pandemic has unfortunately forced gyms and arenas to close, Leanne did not give up in making sure people can stay healthy during this time of isolation saying, “This new workout series will not only combat boredom during quarantine, but it will shape fitness into something convenient without the hassle of going to a gym.”

Aside from the quarantine, online workouts have become increasingly popular for those with busy schedules. Not all of us have the time to go to a gym and workout for an hour or so. Workout videos help people achieve fitness goals at home.

This transition into a more digital presence will be a challenge. However, with Leanne’s talent and Go Gym Limerick’s enthusiastic fan base, nothing will stand in their way.

Speaking about the LIFT LIVE workouts on Instagram, Leanne added, “We all need to LIFT our bodies and LIFT our spirits now more than ever so the LIFT LIVE with Go Gym is something we’ll do three days a week until we get to open our doors at Coonagh Cross again.”
