Leanne Moore
Leanne Moore is a singer/songwriter, journalist, radio presenter and fitness expert.
Leanne has three passions in life – Fitness, Music, and Media – and has carved out a career incorporating them into her life. She is a qualified Personal Trainer & is also a regular face on TV screens as a presenter.
She is the winner of RTE’s You’re a Star 2008 and she well known for providing backing vocals on Jedward’s two trips to Eurovision.
Her debut single ‘On Wings’ went to number one on the Irish Singles Chart on 27 June 2008.
For the last 6 years, she has starred in Christmas pantomime at University Concert Hall in Limerick.
She earned a BA in English and Theology from Mary Immaculate College Limerick, Post-graduate Diploma in Journalism and Broadcast Media from Griffith College Dublin. She currently writes a fitness column in the Limerick Chronicle, Limerick’s oldest newspaper.
Her “head” has led her down the route of journalism and broadcasting, but her “heart” will always say she’s a singer.
