All proceeds from the auction will go towards the restoration of Limerick Boat Club, aiming to return this beloved institution to its former glory. Founded in 1870, the club holds a significant place in Irish sporting history and continues to play a vital role in the local community.

“We’re thrilled to bring together such an exceptional group of artists for this important cause,” said Alan Stack, Captain of Limerick Boat Club. “This auction not only celebrates Irish art but also supports the preservation of our city’s rich rowing heritage.”

Located in the heart of Limerick City, the club has recently refocused its efforts on recreational rowing. It offers a unique opportunity for individuals of all skill levels to learn rowing at their own pace while enjoying the scenic beauty of the River Shannon.

The Limerick Boat Club Art Auction presents a rare opportunity for art enthusiasts and community supporters to acquire outstanding pieces while contributing to a worthy cause. Attendees can expect an afternoon of culture, history, and community spirit in one of Limerick’s most charming venues.
