The Limerick Camera Club has finished putting together their program for September – January; with great excitement for the year ahead.

Limerick Camera Club has been part of the landscape of amateur photography in Limerick City for over 70 years, the club has moved through the different styles of Photography & Camera from film to Digital.

Over the years the Club & its members have helped to develop skills from total beginner to the more advanced photographer. Limerick Camera Club welcomes people of all abilities, regardless of your level of photography, there is something for everybody, we hold workshops, demonstrations, club competitions and not for getting the social side of the club with Club outing’s, and Club day trips.

The Limerick Camera Club will kick start their year on Wednesday 6th September with an Open Night.  The club is open to all members new and old, and non – members are welcome to come along and see the work of the club, meet the people behind the club and find out what it is all about.

They will follow this with a trade night on Wednesday, September 13th, Local Business will attend the Club, so if you are thinking of buying a new camera or adding to your collection this will be a night to ask your questions.

Wednesday, October 4th welcomes back the beginner’s class; this class starts at 7 pm and is for new club member’s beginning out in photography or members that want to refresh on skills.
