Limerick Chefs, including The Strand Hotel and Bella Italia, gathered this week for a special mentoring workshop in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick to support the National Commis Chef Apprenticeship Programme workshop, supported by Fáilte Ireland and other tourism industry bodies.
