Wrap up in your winter woollies and join Limerick Opera Festival for a series of on-street festive performances in the heart of the city centre. 

Damien Dempsey Live at the Big Top – Fri 16 Dec, Live at the Big Top 

The award-winning Irish singer-songwriter, Damien Dempsey, makes a welcome return to Limerick when he performs with a full band Live at the Big Top this December. 

Christmas with Muireann – Fri 16 Dec, St. Mary’s Cathedral 

This fabulous festive showcase, sees Irish Chamber Orchestra join forces once again with one of Ireland’s finest voices, Muireann Nic Amhlaoibhor for an evening of festive cheer.  

Big Country – Sat 17 Dec, Dolans 

Steeped in a stunning catalogue of proud and stirring hit songs, Big Country are set to rock Dolans Warehouse when they play on Saturday, 17 December. 

The Brad Pitt Light Orchestra – Thu 22 Dec, Dolans 

After an absence of almost three years, the band return to Dolans and promise plenty of festive fun and Christmas shenanigans. 

Hermitage Green Live at the Big Top – Thu 29 Dec, Live at the Big Top 

Recognised as one of the most popular bands to emerge from Limerick in recent years, Hermitage Green are back home, fresh from an extensive touring schedule and will wow audiences Live at the Big Top.
