Limerick Gospel Choir to sing A feast of Christmas Songs and Carols in aid of Pieta House
Limerick Gospel choir have the pleasure in announcing their Christmas concert, A Feast of Christmas Songs and Carols in aid of our chosen charity Pieta House. It will take place this year in St. Michael’s church, Denmark street on Sunday 20th December at 5.30 directly after 4.30 Mass. If you are young or old, big or small, would like to listen to some lovely music and singing and would like a break from the hustle and bustle of Christmas in city then why not pop in for a taste of festive spirit for a good cause.
There will be no entrance fee but a bucket collection will take place during the concert with all proceeds going to Pieta House. Pieta House was set up over nine years ago and is primarily based in County Dublin. Pieta House offers a free and confidential counseling service to those who are in crisis and at risk of self harming, and no medical referral is needed for people seeking their help. Pieta House has helped over 18,000 people who have suffered from self harm and suicidal distress since opening and will continue to help people in distress.
