The draw took place last Saturday at 9 pm with the prize-winning jackpot ticket was sold being sold earlier that day. However, as of yet, nobody has made contact with the National Lottery to claim the grand prize.

The person who purchased the winning ticket won with the lucky number combination of 14, 19, 20, 25, 28, 39 and the bonus was 30.

The lucky partaker for just the price of one euro, incredibly ended up with half a million euro, winning the top prize in the national lottery just from one single purchase.

According to the National Lottery Daily Million “Players in Limerick are being urged to check their tickets carefully today as one lucky player has a ticket worth €500,000. The Treaty County winner scooped the top prize in the Daily Million Plus draw at 9 pm last night after purchasing their winning ticket on the day of the draw at the Amber service station on the Old Cork Road.”

A second incredibly lucky winner all the way up in Dublin won the other half of this million with the same blessed numbers, this player, however, has fortunately made contact with the National Lottery regarding their winning ticket.

Supervisor of the store, Christopher MacNamara commented on the amazing win saying “This is the largest prize that our store has ever sold so it’s definitely one to remember. I’m sure as soon as word starts to spread that there will be great excitement around town. We’re located in the middle of a large community so it’s great to think that it could be someone local who has come into a bit of good luck. It certainly is a well-earned prize after the year that it’s been,”  Limerick Lotto Winning Ticket
